Welcome to Meal Vista. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Meal Vista website at mealvista.com and our meal planning services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We are not responsible for any issues arising from errors in AI-generated content.

3.7 Assumption of Risk
By using Meal Vista, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with dietary changes and the use of AI-generated content, and agree that you use our Service at your own risk.

4. SUBSCRIPTION AND USE OF CONTENT

4.1 Subscription Purchase
When you purchase a subscription to Meal Vista, you gain access to our meal planning features and recipe database for the duration of your subscription period.

4.2 License to Use
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the recipes and meal plans provided through our Service for your personal use only.

4.3 Restrictions
You do not have the right to:
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from Meal Vista
- Share your subscription access with others
- Copy or reproduce recipes or meal plans for commercial purposes
- Use our Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

5. USER ACCOUNTS

5.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use Meal Vista and create an account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may not use our Service.

7. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

If you cancel within the 14-day withdrawal period and have not extensively used the Service, we will reimburse all payments received from you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

7.3 Cancellation After Withdrawal Period
After the 14-day withdrawal period, you may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the Service until that date. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods after the withdrawal period has expired.

7.5 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided if:

Recipes and meal plans on Meal Vista are primarily generated using artificial intelligence (AI) technology. Some content may also be sourced from third-party providers, databases, and contributors. AI-generated content is created algorithmically and may not be original or unique. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee the originality, accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated or third-party content.

9.3 User-Generated Content
If you submit any content to our Service (reviews, comments, etc.), you grant Meal Vista a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content.

10. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Impersonate any person or entity

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Meal Vista, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Any allergic reactions, food poisoning, health complications, or injuries resulting from your use of our recipes or meal plans
- Any errors you make in following recipes or meal plans
- Your reliance on AI-generated content
- Any content you submit to the Service

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Meal Vista does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content, including recipes, meal plans, or nutritional information.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meal Vista shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for personal injury, allergic reactions, health complications, dietary-related issues, or any harm arising from errors in AI-generated content, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

14. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

15. UPDATES TO THESE TERMS
